The official APTA hotel for the 2025 Sustainability/Operations Planning & Scheduling Workshop is The Westin Denver Downtown. APTA has reserved a block of rooms at $219 per night (run of house). Rooms are taxable at 15.75% per room night.

The hotel must receive your reservation before July 18, 20245. After this date, all rooms will be released, and reservations will be accepted on a space and rate-available basis. Please note that rooms may sell out prior to July 18, so early bookings are recommended.
