High Speed Rail Seminar Only*: Includes access to educational sessions, breakfast, and lunch on Friday, June 27 and access to tours on Saturday, June 28.

*Note: This is for seminar only registration. To add the seminar to your Rail Conference registration, please register on the Rail Conference registration form.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received by email by May 30, 2025. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date. Refunds will be processed 30-45 days after the workshop, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted. You can transfer your registration to another person from the same company/agency without penalty by logging into the Registration Service Center using your credentials in your confirmation email.
 

Payment

APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by, credit card, wire transfer, or credit voucher.
