What's included in the Rail conference registration?

Full conference: includes access to the welcome reception, educational sessions, general sessions, products and services showcase and showcase lunch

Products & Services Showcase Only: includes access to the products and services showcase and showcase lunch (no sessions)

Cancelation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancelation fee if a request is received via email by May 12th. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend conference events.

Payment
APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by credit card and or Wire option. To receive an invoice, select "wire" as the payment option to automatically generate an invoice. To use a credit from a previous APTA meeting, please contact Kwakuita Spence for a discount code.

Meet Safely
The health and safety of all APTA meeting participants remains our top priority. We will continue to follow guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local requirements to meet safely. At this time, APTA will no longer require proof of vaccination status or a negative test result to attend an in person meeting or event. Mask-wearing is encouraged but will be optional. As information pertaining to COVID-19 requirements is ever-evolving, this policy is subject to change at any time.
