APTA’s Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience Workshop brings together industry professionals to share best practices and innovations and to discuss key industry trends. As an APTA member and public transit communicator, you are an integral part of the workshop’s programming. This is your opportunity to share your expertise and skill set with your industry peers.
All submissions will be reviewed by the workshop’s program planning committee and all submitters will be notified about the status of their proposal via email approximately one month after the submission deadline.
