What's included in the workshop registration?
Registration includes access to the welcome reception, general sessions, educational sessions, and meal functions.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
All cancelations and refund request must be received by email by January 12, 2024. Refunds will not be issued for cancelations made after this date. Refunds will be processed 30-45 days after the workshop, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted. You can transfer your registration to another person from the same company/agency without penalty.

All workshop attendees must register in order to receive a badge to attend the workshop events.

Personal Guests
Registered attendees have the option of adding a personal guest to their registration for a fee of $200. The guest fee allows access to only the welcome reception.

Payment
APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be valid until the payment is received by APTA. Registrations can be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or by applying a credit from a previous meeting. To receive an invoice, select "wire transfer" as the payment option to automatically generate an invoice. For wire transfer instructions, email Dianne Buchanan.
