Download the official APTA Meetings App

The “APTA Meetings” app allows you to:

  • Get the APTA conference schedule
  • Learn about speakers
  • Access the registration list
  • Plan your daily schedule
  • Keep an eye out for important updates

As a part of APTA’s sustainability efforts, there will be no printed programs, so don’t miss out on the “APTA Meetings” app.

Download Instructions

  1. In your Apple or Android device, open the appropriate app store.
  2. Search “APTA Meetings” and click to install the app.
  3. Be sure to allow notifications from the app on your device so you will receive meeting alerts.
  4. Select the Mobility Conference/International Bus Roadeo.
  5. When prompted, click Start.
  6. Use the navigation menu to explore the program, registration list, and more.
  7. Login with your attendee credentials to save sessions to your agenda, make notes and other customizations in the My Planner tool. These are the same credentials you use to access the Registration Service Center, and are sent in your confirmation email.

Already downloaded the app at recent APTA events? Open that same app, tap start, tap the 3 line icon in the bottom right corner, tap events, and load the 2026 Mobility Conference / International Bus Roadeo.
