Official Mobility Conference Hotel
The Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is the headquarters hotel for the APTA 2026 Mobility Conference, May 17-20. The group rate at the Hyatt is $279 per night, excluding taxes. All Mobility Conference sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. The Bus Dislpay/Products and Services Showcase will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center.
APTA has contracted rooms at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center for the International Bus Roadeo. The group rate at the Hilton is $204, excluding taxes.
APTA has also contracted additional rooms at the Salt Lake City Marriott City Center. The group rate at the Marriott is $259, excluding taxes.
Please note that your reservation must be made by April 21, 2026, through the official housing office, Expovision. After this date, reservations are based on a space and rate-available basis. Rooms may sell out prior to April 21, so we strongly recommend making your bookings as early as possible.
