Official International Bus Roadeo Hotel
The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is the headquarters hotel for the APTA 2026 International Bus Roadeo, May 15-19. The group rate at the Hilton is $204 per night, excluding taxes. All Roadeo orientations and trainings will be held at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. The Roadeo site location is 616 W 200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.
APTA has contracted rooms at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City for the Mobility Conference. The group rate at the Hyatt is $279, excluding taxes.
APTA has also contracted additional rooms at the Salt Lake City Marriott City Center. The group rate at the Marriott is $259, excluding taxes.
Please note that your reservation must be made by April 21, 2026 through the official housing office, Expovision. After this date, reservations are based on a space and rate-available basis. Rooms may sell out prior to April 21, so we strongly recommend making your bookings as early as possible.
