CapMetro is pleased to offer APTA Mobility Conference and Bus Roadeo attendees shuttle service between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) and both the JW Marriott Hotel and the Austin Marriott Downtown. 

CapMetro staff will be onsite at ABIA from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on April 2-6 in Baggage Claim to help attendees navigate to the shuttle, and assist with any questions. Look for a blue CapMetro shirt!

Go out of the lower-level baggage claim and head to the neon guitar bus stop. The airport shuttle will pick attendees up there!
 

Accessible Transportation Option
 

CapMetro will provide accessible buses to and from the airport, hotels and roadeo site. If attendees need special accommodations throughout the conference and roadeo, please fill out the Accessible Transportation Request Form. Please note that this form is only for advance scheduled paratransit service trips. Trips must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Transit Passes

CapMetro will provide city transit passes for Mobility and Roadeo attendees each day. These will cover travel on Subway, Trolley, and Bus but not regional rail. Please visit CapMetro's Host Desk near the conference registration area.
