Official Mobility Conference Hotel

The JW Marriott Austin is the headquarters hotel for the APTA 2025 Mobility Conference, April 6 - 9, 2025. The group rate at the JW is $299 per night, excluding taxes. All conference education sessions will be held at the JW Marriott Austin. The Products and Services Showcase will also be held at the JW Marriott Austin, and the Bus Display will be outside of the JW. 

APTA has also contracted rooms at the Austin Marriott Downtown for the International Bus Roadeo. The group rate at the Marriott is $299, excluding taxes.

Please note that your reservation must be made by March 14, 2025, through the official housing office, Expovision. After this date, reservations are based on a space and rate-available basis. Rooms may sell out prior to March 14, 2025, so we strongly recommend making your bookings as early as possible.
