Additional Information

All conference attendees must register and receive a badge in order to attend the conference events.

What's included in the Mobility conference registration?

Full conference: includes access to the welcome reception, educational sessions, general sessions, products and services showcase/bus display lunch and the maintenance workshop

Products & Services Showcase/Bus Display: includes access to the products and services showcase/bus display and showcase lunch only (no sessions)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received by email by March 29. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date. Refunds will be processed 30-45 days after the workshop, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted. You can transfer your registration to another person from the same company/agency without penalty by logging into the Registration Service Center using your credentials in your confirmation email. 

Payment
APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be valid until the payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by Credit Card or Wire.

It has come to our attention that companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to APTA’s attendee lists.
