Official Conference Hotels

The Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center is the headquarters hotel for the APTA 2024 Mobility Conference, April 29 - May 1, 2024. It is located across the street from the Oregon Convention Center, where all programming will occur. The group rate at the Hyatt is $235 per night, excluding taxes. All conference education sessions, the bus display, and the Products and Services Showcase will be held at the Oregon Convention Center.


APTA Has also contracted additional rooms at the following hotels:

  • Courtyard Portland Downtown/Convention Center for $219 per night, excluding taxes.
  • Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Portland for $219 per night, excluding taxes.
  • Hotel Eastland Downtown for $239 per night, excluding taxes.
  • The Duniway Portland, A Hilton Hotel , for $135 per night , excluding taxes.

Please note that your reservation must be received by April 8, 2024. After this date, we can only accept reservations on a space and rate-available basis. Rooms may sell out prior to April 9, 2024, so we strongly recommend making your bookings as early as possible.
