What's included in the conference registration?
Full conference: includes access to all on-site conference events, all sessions, and welcome reception.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be received by email by March 8, 2024. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date. Refunds will be processed 30-45 days after the conference, and a 20% processing fee will be deducted. You can transfer your registration to another person from the same company/agency without penalty.
Personal Guests
Registered attendees have the option of adding a personal guest to their registration for a fee of $200. The guest fee allows access to only the welcome reception.
Payment
APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be valid until the payment is received by APTA. Registrations can be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or by applying a credit from a previous meeting. To receive an invoice, select "wire transfer" as the payment option to automatically generate an invoice. For wire transfer instructions, email Dianne Buchanan.
