What's included in the conference registration?
Full conference: includes access to all on-site conference events, all sessions, and welcome reception.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancelation fee if a request is received via email by February 24th. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend conference events.
Payment
APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card and or Wire option. To receive an invoice, select "check" or "wire" as payment options to automatically generate an invoice. To use a credit from a previous APTA meeting, please contact Quione Rice for a discount code.
APTA is committed to providing a safe, hospitable, and productive environment for all participants. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, including but not limited to offensive gestures or verbal comments related to ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation; deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. As a reminder, by registering for this event, you agreed to follow APTA's Code of Conduct for Conferences.
Meet Safely
The health and safety of all APTA meeting participants remains our top priority. We will continue to follow guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local requirements to meet safely. At this time, APTA will no longer require proof of vaccination status or a negative test result to attend an in person meeting or event. Mask-wearing is encouraged but will be optional. As information pertaining to COVID-19 requirements is ever-evolving, this policy is subject to change at any time.

It has come to our attention that companies have been contacting APTA attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to APTA’s attendee lists. APTA DOES NOT SELL its attendee lists to any vendors or other third parties. Anyone attempting to sell you this information should be considered fraudulent. APTA strongly recommends that all conference registrants disregard such emails.
