All seminar attendees must register in order to attend the seminar events. Badges are required to attend all events. What's included in the High-Speed Rail Seminar Only registration? Includes access to the Tuesday's Capitol Hill Reception, breakfast and lunch on Wedneday, all education sessions and Union Station Real Estate Tour. Cancelation and Refund Policy Registration fees will be refunded, minus a 20% cancelation fee if a request is received via email by February 24th. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Payment APTA requires payment to be submitted at the time of registration. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by APTA. Registrations may be paid by check, credit card and or Wire option. To receive an invoice, select "check" or "wire" as payment options to automatically generate an invoice. To use a credit from a previous APTA meeting, please contact Quione Rice for a discount code.

Meet Safely The health and safety of all APTA meeting participants remains our top priority. We will continue to follow guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local requirements to meet safely. At this time, APTA will no longer require proof of vaccination status or a negative test result to attend an in person meeting or event. Mask-wearing is encouraged but will be optional.
