Meet One-on-One with the US DOT’s Build America Bureau
US DOT’s Build America Bureau is offering one-on-one meetings to discuss potential projects, explore financing and technical assistance opportunities, and brainstorm possibilities under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. These introductory “office hours” are available in 25-minute increments and will be held in a dedicated, private room at the Grand Hyatt Washington. You can arrange a time by contacting Robert Hanifin at Robert.hanifin@dot.gov. The Bureau was established as US DOT’s go-to organization for federal financing to help communities deliver infrastructure projects. The Bureau’s programs feature technical assistance; low-interest, long-term financing for all sizes of transportation projects; and best practices in project planning, financing, delivery, and operation. The Bureau helps sponsors navigate the regulatory and financial requirements and provide technical assistance to educate and inform project sponsors seeking to move their projects forward. Due to time constraints and procurement processes, the Bureau team cannot meet with vendors or those seeking contracts. Location: Lafayette Park (Level 5B) |
