Official APTA Hotel

The official APTA hotel for the APTA 2025 Business Members Annual Meeting is the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells. APTA has reserved a block of rooms at the cost of $344 per night, which is inclusive of a $319 room rate and $25 resort fee. 

All meeting activities and sessions will be held at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells.

APTA Room Block Cut-Off Date

Your reservation must be received by the hotel before December 27.  After this date, all rooms will be released and reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.  Please note that rooms may sell out prior to December 27, so early bookings are recommended.
