Hotel and Travel Reservations



Housing Information and Rates:
The convention hotels include the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC, The Westin DC Downtown, Grand Hyatt Washington, and Courtyard Washington Downtown hotels. All hotels are walking distance to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Hotel reservations must be made through onPeak, the official AO Housing Bureau, either online or by phone. A credit card guarantee is required. The hotels will not accept reservations directly.  

The deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, February 2, 2026.

Airline Travel Information: 

To book your airline reservation, call AO's official travel agency, Uniglobe Travel Partners, at 1-888-272-0005 and after the prompt, dial "0" (Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm CST).

Airport and Ground Transportation: 

The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport which is only 4.5 miles from the convention center. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 28 miles away and the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is 31 miles away. 


Taking the Metro from Reagan National Airport (DCA):

  • Take the Blue or Yellow Line towards Mt Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center
  • Get off at the Mt Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center station
  • Walk a short distance to the convention center


Taking the Metro from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD):

  • Take the Silver Line towards Largo Town Center
  • Transfer to the Red Line at Gallery Place-Chinatown station
  • Walk a short distance to the convention center


Taking the Metro from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI):

  • Take the BWI Airport Shuttle or Maryland Transit Route 75 to the BWI MARC station
  • Take either MARC or Amtrak trains to Washington Union Station
  • Transfer to the Red Line at Union Station, or walk the short distance to the convention center
Taxi Fares:
The initial fare is $4.00, with a $0.50 passenger surcharge. Additional miles cost $2.56 each. 

Ride-sharing:
Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. You can request a ride through your respective apps.

The average March temperature in Washington, DC, is a high of 55°F to a low of 35°F.
