Where will Annual Meeting & Exposition be held?
Most educational events and activities will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (801 Allen Y. Lew Place, NW, Washington, DC). The official conference hotels:
- Grand Hyatt
- Residence Inn by Marriott Washington Downtown/Convention Center
- Courtyard by Marriott Washington Downtown/Convention Center

Who can register?
Both Alliance members and non-members can register. An Alliance website login is required to register. You will be prompted to create an account if you don't have one.
How do I stay up to date with activities and events?
The Annual Meeting & Exposition mobile app will include the most up-to-date schedule, faculty, session information, and more. Mobile app download instructions will be sent to registered attendees in advanced. Before the event, review the conference website.
What is the event format?
The Annual Meeting & Exposition is an in-person event, with on-demand access to select recorded sessions.
Are you offering a discounted price for group registrations?
Yes. Group registration discounts are tiered based on group size and is a member only benefit. The discount amount is a fixed dollar value and will be applied to the prevailing registration rate (Early Bird, Advance or Onsite) at the time of payment. All registrants must use the same organization email domain for the discount to auto apply.
Does my conference registration include pre-conference workshop registration?
No, conference registration does not cover pre-conference workshops. To attend pre-conference workshops (October 27-28, 2026), additional fees will apply.

When on-site, where do I go for the most up-to-date event information?
The conference mobile app will include the most up-to-date schedule, faculty, session information, and more. Mobile app download instructions will be sent to registered attendees in advanced. Before the event, review the event website.
Which in-person sessions offer CE/CME credits?
Live pre-conference workshops, keynotes, and concurrent sessions offer interdisciplinary, nurse, physician, accounting, and long-term care administrator credit. A Certificate of Participation is also available for non-physician healthcare professionals. For additional CE/CME questions, visit the Continuing Education page.
Are the sessions presented on-site recorded?
Select sessions will be recorded on-site and will be available to watch on-demand.
Is there a virtual option?
Yes, the Alliance Annual Meeting & Exposition is an in-person experience; however, select sessions will be recorded and available to registered attendees and on-demand only attendees.
Will there be networking?
During the Alliance Annual Meeting & Exposition, there will be ample opportunities for you to network with peers and industry partners, including receptions, coffee breaks, lunches, and more.
What meals are provided?
Conference attendees can enjoy breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and various coffee breaks and receptions.
