Cancellation and Substitutions


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds or credits will be processed within 15 business days after the event.
  • Full Refund (minus 5% admin fee): until June 26, 2026
  • 50% Refund (minus 5% admin fee): June 27 – September 27, 2026
  • No Refund: After September 27, 2026
 
Substitution Policy
Attendees are able to substitute names at any time prior to printing a badge onsite. Substitutions can be managed in the Attendee Service Center.
