Americans with Disabilities Act Information
It is important to AHRMM that you enjoy your participation in the conference. If, due to a disability, you have any special needs or requirements, or if you need auxiliary aids or services, please contact AHRMM directly at (312) 422-3840 or email@example.com.
Cancellation Policy/Refund Requests
AHRMM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Annual Conference & Exhibition or individual sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. AHRMM can’t be held liable for nonrefundable airline tickets. 70% of your registration fees are refundable if written notice is received by July 10, 2020. No-shows are non-refundable. Any refunds due will be issued once the Conference ends. Notice of cancellation should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. After July 10, 2020, all fees/credits toward the Conference are forfeited. Registered attendees are encouraged to send a substitute if they cannot attend. No exceptions allowed.
AHRMM20 is a casual, but professional, educational environment so we suggest business casual attire. This may include slacks, blazers, blouses or casual dresses. An average late July temperature in Austin is 95°F (35°C). Keep in mind that the Austin Convention Center is climate-controlled so you may want to dress appropriately to accommodate any varying temperature from inside to outside.
Conference Photographer Consent
A professional photographer may take photos of participants at programs and events. These photos are for AHRMM use only and may appear on AHRMM's website, in printed brochures or other promotional materials. Attendee registration grants AHRMM permission and consent for use of this photography.
Consent for Audio Recording
By attending and/or participating in discussions, registrants agree that AHRMM may electronically record, copy and distribute their involvement in all program discussions including question-and-answer periods. No individual or entity other than AHRMM may electronically record or copy any portion of this program for any purpose without prior written consent from AHRMM.
Stop by the Conversation Corners to organize notes from a Learning Lab, arrange business cards after visiting the exhibit hall or simply take a moment to plan out the rest of your conference day. Conversation Corners will be open every day during AHRMM20 and are also a great way to connect, collaborate and discuss new ideas with your colleagues.
AHRMM considers spouses, partners or other family members (at least 18 years of age) attending the conference as guests. Guests are not allowed to enter educational sessions, exhibit hall or conduct business with other AHRMM attendees or exhibitors. They are allowed to attend all other AHRMM20 food-related functions. Guest badges will show first and last name only.
Online Conference Proceedings
AHRMM20 Learning Labs will be professionally recorded and synched with the appropriate PowerPoint presentations online. When you purchase these recordings, you will receive access to the online learning library. Conference attendees can purchase online access prior to the conference for only $100. To order at this special rate, please select Best Value Registration on the AHRMM20 Registration Form or order onsite at the AHRMM Store for the same discounted rate. This online offering will also be available for purchase after the conference for $230 for AHRMM members and $300 for non-members.
Your official AHRMM20 badge will be required for admission to social functions, educational sessions and the Solution Center (Exhibit Hall).
