Organizations can receive 10% off the registration rate when they send a group of 5 or more. To redeem group rates:

Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via education@associationforum.org on or before February 27, 2026, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after February 27, 2026, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive a registration confirmation, please contact education@associationforum.org.
