Full Schedule

A multi-generational panel of coaches, executives, and DEI professionals will discuss what intergenerational justice looks like within organizations, especially when we advance that organizational justice from an intersectional lens (e.g., age/generation/experience plus race, ethnicity, gender, disability, social class, body size, parental status, etc.). Panelists will share specific tips on (a) coaching for and (b) designing ways to do right by all generations in our workplaces across sectors and industries. The panelists will share how data about generational trends do and don't help us lead and collaborate, and how to translate that information into responsive action.
