We understand that being authentic is not always easy, especially when social norms and professional expectations come into play. That's why we must recognize disruptions for what they are and learn how to overcome them. By holding firm to our core values and using them as catalysts for change, we can liberate ourselves from difficulties and disruptions. Exploring authenticity and nurturing core values is best empowered by proximity. As association executives, we can best contribute by leading by example, recognizing and addressing disruptions, and supporting our teams to elevate their own values.
