We often describe the women leaders we admire and emulate as “empowered” and “empowering.” How do we define empowerment—is it an ephemeral quality, or skill you can develop? Does that meaning change as we move further on our career path? A panel of accomplished women association professionals in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s discusses how their own definitions have evolved with their careers and lifestyles. Drawing on diverse backgrounds, they will share their insights and inspirations, including how they identified and sought out opportunities to become more empowered.
