Association Forum is a CAE Approved Provider. Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test
We require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to receive your badge and attend Women's Executive Forum. Upload a photo of your vaccination card, show it onsite, or provide a negative COVID test onsite dated within 72 hours of the event.
Masks
Masks are required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff while indoors.
Stickers
Color-coded stickers to visually indicate your comfort level to other attendees will be available for all attendees, speakers, and staff.
- Green: indicates you are comfortable with close contact (i.e. hugs are acceptable)
- Yellow: indicates limited contact (i.e. fist or elbow bumps only)
- Red: indicates no contact (i.e. wave hello)

Parking
The W Chicago - City Center does not have valet service. The closest self-park hotel is about a block from the hotel, the Towers Garage at 211 W Adams St.
