This opening experience sets the tone for the day and invites participants into something different than a traditional conference. You'll learn how the experience is designed, meet the people who will guide the journey, and begin engaging with the mindset, openness, and curiosity that will shape the conversations ahead. Together, we'll establish a foundation for meaningful connection, reflection, and growth.

Leadership often comes with expectations, responsibilities, and pressures that aren't discussed openly. Through a candid fireside conversation, three leaders will share their experiences navigating identity, belonging, expectations, and the realities of leadership today. Rather than offering simple answers, this session creates a shared starting point for the conversations that follow.

Before moving deeper into the day's topics, participants reconnect with their Home Base Groups to process what resonated most from the opening conversation. Through guided discussion and reflection, participants begin building trust and discovering shared experiences with others in the room.

Insights have little value if they never translate into action. This interactive experience provides time and space to reflect on the day's conversations, identify what matters most, and create a personal roadmap for moving forward with greater intention and clarity.

The conversations continue after the formal program concludes. This networking reception provides unstructured time to deepen relationships, reconnect with new colleagues, and continue the connections that began throughout the day.

Through reflection and discussion, attendees will examine how to build resilience, establish healthy boundaries, and create routines that support long-term effectiveness rather than short-term survival.

Participants take the conversation outside, gathering in small discussion circles throughout the Garden. Designed around movement, proximity, and time together, these conversations provide an opportunity to explore leadership topics in greater depth while building genuine connection with others facing similar opportunities and challenges. Participants will choose from a variety of discussion topics based on their interests.
