Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via education@associationforum.org on or before September 3, 2026, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after September 3, 2026, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive a registration confirmation, please contact education@associationforum.org.
