About Honors Gala

Get ready to put your best foot forward and join us for our annual fundraising event, the Honors Gala! We're thrilled to invite you to one of the most anticipated events in the association industry.

THE SCHEDULE
 

PARKING INFORMATION
Guests may be dropped off in front of the venue but there is no onsite parking. It is recommended to take a cab or rideshare service to the event. Discounted event parking ($20) is available with validation at the Lincoln Park Zoo, located a short walk from the Theater on the Lake (2400 N. Cannon Drive / Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive). The parking lot closes at 11 p.m.

For the discounted rate:

• Enter the lot and pull the entrance ticket at the gate

• At Theater on the Lake, request a card with the validated QR code from the Honors Gala onsite registration desk 

• After the event, exit through the south parking lot exit. The discount will not work at the north gate exit.

• At the south exit gate, insert your entrance ticket in the machine; scan the discounted QR code; pay with a credit card

Free and metered parking is also located on the streets surrounding the Lincoln Park Zoo. We recommend you allow time for traffic and to arrive at the venue.

THE ATTIRE

Back by popular demand—the sneaker ball! 
Dressy with a twist means to come as your most authentic (and comfortable) self. Pair your dress or suit with your classiest heels or your hottest sneakers—sneakers are encouraged, but not required. It's all about you and how you most authentically express yourself for this celebratory event to honor our Honors Award recipients and support tomorrow's generation of leaders through the Association Forum Foundation. 

The Honors Gala is the primary fundraising event supporting the Association Forum Foundation. Through the Foundation, we raise money to fund scholarships for the empowered leaders of tomorrow. So, let's come together for an unforgettable experience to honor, support, and positively impact the industry we love.
