What Comes with Your Registration

Association Professional (Assoc. Prof.) Holiday Showcase Ticket (All Day December 3–4): Registration includes breakout sessions both days, keynote presentations, access to the exhibit hall, opening reception, coffee breaks, and lunch/brunch on both days. 

Supporting Member or Supporting Non-member Holiday Showcase Ticket (All Day December 3–4): Registration includes breakout sessions both days, keynote presentations, access to the exhibit hall, opening reception, coffee breaks, and lunch/brunch on both days. It is designed for attendees representing for-profit companies, consultants, and those seeking business opportunities with the association community. We encourage you to exhibit to showcase your products and services to prospects as onsite sales during the program is limited to exhibitors. Exhibit Hall Only (Afternoon of December 4 Only): This registration type is limited to staff of associations and meeting planners. Supporting Members and Supporting Non-members cannot select this registration type and must register via the Holiday Showcase ticket. This registration type is not eligible for discounts or discounted rates except early rate. 



Association Forum reserves the right to review registrations to determine that the appropriate registration type has been purchased.

Special Group Rates

Organizations can receive 10% off the registration rate when they send a group of 5 or more. 

To redeem group rates:
  • Please email education@associationforum.org for additional information.
  • A group discount code will be generated for your group.
  • One designated organization member will register the full group of attendees. 
Exhibit Hall Only registration is not eligible for discounted group rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via education@associationforum.org on or before November 17, 2025, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after November 17, 2025, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks of submitting a refund request, please contact education@associationforum.org.


SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS:
Must be received by November 24, 2025. Requests made after November 24, 2025 must be processed on-site.
