We all feel the weight of too much work, too little time, and not enough fun. "Readers Digest" told us 100 years ago that “Laughter is the Best Medicine.” The research into that idea followed decades later. In this presentation, we’ll discuss the causes and symptoms of and remedies to burnout, the importance of building resilience, and the physical, mental and emotional benefits of laughter and comedy. Along the way, we’ll play a few games, laugh out loud, and learn how laughing can brighten your day and improve your long-term health.
