Gonzo Schexnayder, CAE, UXMC Member and Product Experience Executive, American Society of Anesthesiologists
About Gonzo
Gonzo Schexnayder, CAE, UXMC, was told he would not attend his kindergarten graduation if he kept making his classmates laugh. Since then, he has performed improv, sketch comedy, and theater on three coasts (West, Gulf, and Lake Michigan) and is a graduate of kindergarten, LSU, Second City, and ComedySportz. With a degree in advertising, a minor in psychology, a background in acting and writing, training as a military human intelligence collection specialist, and a fascination with and empathy for the human species, he built a career creating efficient and useful digital customer experiences. For the last seven years, he’s been interviewing members of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and working with the staff to use that information to improve the member experience. He loves laughing and brings his sense of humor to all of his work. He’d like to thank his 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Davidson, for recognizing his potential by writing “tries to be the ‘class clown’” on his report card.
