The presentation will focus on the impact of investing in leadership development for the future and current needs of your organization. With today's job market, it is critical to find ways to retain talent, attract new talent, and stand out from the competition. As employers, we have to prioritize cultivating all staff, particularly the next generation of leaders. This presentation will share how the Society of Actuaries built our leadership enhancement program for Managers and Directors. Selected participants committed to our 9-month program centered around expanding their leadership toolkit. Through a series of learnings, participants met every 3 weeks to engage in training focused on different leadership topics. I will share the highlights of our program, the lessons learned, and how we plan to incorporate those learned lessons into future programs.
