To redeem group rates:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via education@associationforum.org on or before November 13, 2023, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after November 13, 2023, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks of submitting a refund request, please contact education@associationforum.org.
SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS:
Must be received by November 20, 2023. Requests made after November 20, 2023 must be processed on-site.
