What Comes with Registration

Association Professional (Assoc. Prof.) Preconference + Holiday Showcase Bundle (November 29–30): Registration includes Holiday Showcase breakout sessions, keynote presentations, access to the exhibit hall floor, opening reception, one half-day preconference session, coffee breaks, continental breakfast, and lunch on both days. 

Association Professional (Assoc. Prof.) Holiday Showcase Only (November 29–30): Registration includes Holiday Showcase breakout sessions, keynote presentations, access to the exhibit hall floor, opening reception, coffee breaks on both days, and continental breakfast and lunch on the second day. 

Preconference Session Only (November 29): Registration includes one half-day preconference session, continental breakfast, and coffee breaks. Association Professionals (APs), Supporting Members, and Supporting Professionals are eligible to register for preconference sessions.

Preconference + Holiday Showcase Bundle Supporting Member or Supporting Professional (November 29–30): Registration includes everything in the Holiday Showcase 2-day Bundle. It is designed for attendees representing for-profit companies, consultants, and those seeking business opportunities with the association community. We encourage you to exhibit to showcase your products to your customers. If interested, please get in touch with Phyllis Scott, Director, Business Services.

Exhibit Hall Only (November 30): This registration type is limited to staff of associations and meeting planners. Supporting Members or Professionals cannot select this registration type and must register via the Holiday Showcase 2-day Bundle or the Holiday Showcase 2-day Only registration. This registration type is not eligible for discounts or discounted rates except Early Bird rate. 


*Supporting Professionals are individuals working for an industry supplier or consulting firm and are not current members of Association Forum.

Association Forum reserves the right to review registrations to determine that the appropriate registration type has been purchased.

To redeem group rates:

  • Please email education@associationforum.org for additional information.
  • A group discount code will be generated for your group.
  • One designated organization member will register the full group of attendees. 
Exhibit Hall Only registration is not eligible for discounted rates except Early Bird rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via education@associationforum.org on or before November 13, 2023, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after November 13, 2023, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks of submitting a refund request, please contact education@associationforum.org.


SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS:
Must be received by November 20, 2023. Requests made after November 20, 2023 must be processed on-site.
