We’ve all heard the phrase ‘Content is King’ – a phrase penned by Bill Gates in 1996 at the dawn of the internet age. After 27 years, does this phrase still reign? With recent advances in technology and shifting consumer expectations there’s an opportunity to reimagine how content is delivered to maximize the return for both the consumer and the organization.
