As Association Forum continually innovates the delivery of first-class learning and experiences, we have evolved the Holiday Showcase model. For 2023, we have expanded the event to a day and a half of Holiday Showcase activities, preceded by a series of half-day preconference programs. In addition to doubling the number of CEU hours available, we’ve also developed new opportunities to engage with peers and industry experts – inside and outside of the exhibit hall. The additional activations on the exhibit floor – including two new stages/pavilions offering additional educational content; a wellness space; the Career Center including individual career advising appointments, HR consulting appointments, and professional headshots; food and beverage and more—required that we charge a nominal fee. We know that budgets for professional development are tight, and we are confident that Holiday Showcase will provide an unparalleled learning and networking experience that will transform your thinking and advance you and your organization.

Registration is located at the 8th Street entrance of the Hilton Chicago. Before arriving, please confirm that you received a registration confirmation email to verify that you are registered.
Name badges must be worn during all Holiday Showcase events. No exceptions will be made. Individuals without a name badge must register at the registration desk or will be required to leave Holiday Showcase 2023.
Name badges may not be shared.

Business casual attire with comfortable shoes is recommended for all attendees.

Yes. Attendees will have access to a complimentary coat check located at the 8th Street entrance of the Hilton Chicago.
While backpacks are permitted, wheeled carts and roller bags are not allowed. These items may be checked at the complimentary coat check.
From the associationforum.org website, click on Holiday Showcase in the drop-down menu under the Education+Events tab on the main navigation bar at the top of the webpage. Once on the Holiday Showcase landing page, click Register in the menu at the top right of the page. Next, please enter your email and click the Search button to begin. You must click on Search so your membership record can be found and obtain the proper registration rates. If you have a profile account with Association Forum as a member or nonmember, you will need to enter the email address associated with your account to start registration. If an account was not found with your email address, click ‘New Registration’.
From the Holiday Showcase landing page, click on “Attendee Service Center” under the “Account Login” tab in the main navigation menu at the top of the page. To log in, use the email address associated with the registration. You can find your password in your confirmation email. Once inside your registration, edit any details pertaining to your registration and save it. Please note: any edits to personal demographic information (job title, etc.) will only be reflected in your Holiday Showcase registration. To edit your permanent Association Forum profile, log in to your Association Forum account.
Yes, attendees may register onsite at the 8th Street entrance of the Hilton Chicago. Registration is open on November 29 from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., and on November 30 from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The early bird registration rate expires on November 8, 2023.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via education@associationforum.org on or before November 13, 2023, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after November 13, 2023, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks of submitting a refund, please contact education@associationforum.org.
Substitution requests must be received by November 20, 2023. Requests made after November 20, 2023 must be processed on-site.

You can earn up to 6 CEUs for attending Holiday Showcase, plus an additional 3 for attending one of the preconference sessions, depending on which education sessions you attend. Up to 1.5 additional CEUs can be earned by participating in all of the presentations at the One Idea Can Change the World® stage in the exhibit hall. To obtain a copy of your education history at Association Forum events, please email education@associationforum.org after the conference for a copy of your attendance record.
The schedule is available online and in the Holiday Showcase app, available in mid-November.

No, you are not required to provide a deposit to reserve a room. Your reservation will require only a credit card guarantee. Credit cards will not be charged unless a no-show/cancellation fee applies.
All rooms within the discounted block are standard rooms. If you would like to reserve a guest room suite or an upgrade, please contact the Hilton Chicago at (312) 922-4400. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates and the type of upgrade required.
Attendees will receive hotel room confirmations directly from the Hilton Chicago immediately after reserving their room(s).
