Registration is located at the 8th Street entrance of the Hilton Chicago. Before arriving, please confirm that you received a registration confirmation email to verify that you are registered.
Name badges must be worn during all Holiday Showcase events. No exceptions will be made. Individuals without a name badge must register at the registration desk or will be required to leave Holiday Showcase 2022.
Name badges may not be shared.

From the associationforum.org website, click on Holiday Showcase in the drop down menu under the Education+Events tab on the main navigation bar at the top of the webpage. Once on the Holiday Showcase landing page, click Register in the menu at the top right of the page. Next, please enter your email and click the Search button to begin. You must click on Search so your membership record can be found and to obtain the proper registration rates. If you have a profile account with Association Forum as a member or nonmember, you will need to enter the email address associated with your account to start registration. If an account was not found with your email address, click ‘New Registration’.
From the Holiday Showcase landing page, click on “Attendee Service Center” under the “Service Centers” tab in the main navigation menu at the top of the page. To login, use the email address associated with the registration. You can find your password in your confirmation email. Once inside your registration, edit any details pertaining to your registration and save it.
Yes, attendees may register onsite at the 8th Street entrance of the Hilton Chicago. Registration is open on November 30 from 11 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., and on December 1 from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The early bird registration rate expires on November 14, 2022.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations must be made in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org on or before November 14, 2022, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds requested after November 14, 2022, will not be issued. Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made (i.e., registrations paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card). Refunds will not be issued in the event of a no-show. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks of submitting it, please contact email@example.com.
Substitution requests must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by November 25. After this date, all substitutions must be processed at onsite registration. Association Forum reserves the right to deny substitution requests, advance or onsite. A letter must originate from the original attendee and/or company naming the substitute along with their contact information to process an approved substitution request. Request for substitution of a hotel reservation must be confirmed directly with the Hilton Chicago. Where can I obtain a printed registration form/registration receipt? You can earn up to 4.75 CAE and/or CMP credit hours, depending on which education sessions you attend. No CAE/CMP credits are provided for the tradeshow. To claim CAE hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org after the conference for a copy of your attendance record. After Holiday Showcase, Association Forum will submit CMP hours directly to EIC on your behalf.
The schedule is available online and in the Holiday Showcase app, available in mid-November.

The reservation deadline is Friday, November 18, 2022. After November 18, please contact the Hilton Chicago directly and identify yourself as a Holiday Showcase attendee. Note that Holiday Showcase discounts may not be available after November 18.
No, you are not required to provide a deposit to reserve a room. Your reservation will require only a credit card guarantee. Credit cards will not be charged unless a no-show/cancellation fee applies.
All rooms within the discounted block are standard rooms. If you would like to reserve a guest room suite or an upgrade, please contact the Hilton Chicago at 312.922.4400. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates and the type of upgrade required.
Attendees will receive hotel room confirmations directly from the Hilton Chicago immediately after reserving their room(s).
