Your health and safety are our top priority. Association Forum is actively monitoring all updates regarding the Omicron variant and any changes to the COVID guidelines.

We're working with the Hilton Chicago to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable, so you can focus on maximizing your experience at Holiday Showcase.

Proof of Vaccination/Negative COVID Test
Association Forum will require all attendees, exhibitors, and staff to provide proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event in order to participate.

Self-Screening COVID Questionnaire
All attendees and exhibitors must complete this questionnaire in order to receive their Holiday Showcase badge. Copies of the form will be available to complete ONSITE or attendees can print the form at their home/office and bring it to Holiday Showcase.

Masks
Masks are required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff while indoors.
Masked Networking
Stickers
Color-coded stickers to visually indicate your comfort level to other attendees will be available for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff.

Green: indicates you are comfortable with close contact (i.e. hugs are acceptable)
Yellow: indicates limited contact (i.e. fist or elbow bumps only)
Red: indicates no contact (i.e. wave hello)

We understand COVID restrictions in Chicago are fluid and continue to monitor guidelines and recommendations issued from the City of Chicago for guidance. We will continue to adjust event safety protocols to ensure your safety and comfort as we get closer to the event.
