Attendee Terms & Conditions

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to Aesthetic Next 5.0. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of Aesthetic Next 5.0 – Aesthetic Record.

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to Aesthetic Next 4.0, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the Aesthetic Next 5.0 premises.

Please note that Aesthetic Record reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer www.AestheticNext.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Aesthetic Next 5.0 tickets.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the Hilton Anatole on September 7th-September 10th, 2023, when Aesthetic Next 5.0 is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the Aesthetic Next 5.0. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue. In the event you have been exposed to someone who it positive for COVID, you are positive for COVID, or are currently in quarantine as a result of COVID, it is your responsibility to alert the management company immediately and refrain from coming onsite during the conference time. You will not be allowed to enter the event with a positive COVID diagnosis or in the event you fail the prescreen onsite.

The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the Aesthetic Next 5.0 tickets, once (s)he receives it. Aesthetic Record has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that www.AestheticNext.com is the sole authorized source for purchasing Aesthetic Next 5.0 tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The Aesthetic Next 5.0 tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Please note that Aesthetic Next 5.0 tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

Aesthetic Record has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Aesthetic Next 5.0 ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Aesthetic Record will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Aesthetic Next 5.0 starts on September 7th, 2023. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – Hilton Anatole– due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

If Aesthetic Next 5.0 is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, including government mandates imposed by the local, state or federal government, Aesthetic Record has the sole and absolute right to:

i) reschedule the event, or

ii) issue a partial/full refund, or

iii) not issue any refunds after a certain time period, or

iv) transfer all live tickets to virtual tickets and issue vouchers for 2023 or 2024.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If Aesthetic Next 5.0 is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Aesthetic Record will be considered final.

If Aesthetic Next 5.0 has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds after 30 days of the announcement of reschedule. After those 30 days have passed, you will be issued a 2023 voucher which will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Aesthetic Record cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations outside of the information listed below:

Tickets purchased before August 1st are eligible for a refund according to the following schedule:

- 75% refund if requested prior to May 1, 2023

- 50% refund if requested after May 1, 2023, but before July 1, 2023

- 30% refund if requested after July 1, 2023, but before August 1, 2023

- All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.

- All ticket transfers are subject to a $75 processing fee.

Ticket holders may request a voucher for the face value of their ticket amount in lieu of a partial refund at any point until August 1st.

In the event the conference is rescheduled or moved to a fully virtual format due to local, state, or federal mandate, full refunds will be given for 30 days following the announcement. After those 30 days, voucher credit will be issued for the difference in live and virtual tickets which can be applied to additional courses in 2023 or 2024. Should an attendee prefer to roll all credit to 2024, this will also be allowed.

Refunds will be issued back to the original ticket buyer and credit card. Aesthetic Next will not be able to delegate refunds to anyone else or place a refund on a different card.

In the event an attendee cannot attend due to a verified local, state, or federal mandate restricting their travel (including international regulations), their ticket will be transferred to a virtual option with the difference returned as a 2023 or 2024 voucher.

In the event, a speaker cannot attend a workshop, where he or she is the only presenter, due to local, state, federal, or international guidelines and the organizers are unable to provide a similar live experience (additional speaker), attendees will have livestream access to the speaker during a simulcast session onsite. The difference in a virtual and live ticket will be credited back via a voucher to live attendees. If a second faculty is present, the session is considered "live."

In the event a refund is requested on a multi-ticket order where a quantity discount has been given, refunds will be awarded starting from the lowest price ticket regardless of which ticket was purchased by the requestor.

Official transfer can occur only once the original ticket bearer contacts Aesthetic Next with proper information, and it is up to the discretion of the organizers to grant the transfer.

Aesthetic Next 5.0 is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending Aesthetic Next 5.0 is 21.

If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to Aesthetic Next 5.0. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued
