If you are not a U.S. Citizen or do not have "permanent resident status," you may still attend and are eligible to win door prizes. Your contribution will be deposited into the AEMPAC operating budget and not used for candidate contributions. Note, it is AEMPAC policy to only accept personal contributions from eligible employees of a member company that have completed the AEMPAC PRIOR APPROVAL FORM

Individuals are limited to $5,000 a year in total contributions to AEMPAC and couples are limited to $10,000 a year. Only U.S. Citizens or those with “Permanent Resident” status can contribute. Contributions to AEMPAC are not tax deductible. All contributions are voluntary. Corporate contributions are prohibited by law. All contributions must be made with personal funds. Amounts suggested are merely suggestions and you are free to contribute more, less, or not at all.
