Meeting Space Guidelines

CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE has a limited number of meeting rooms at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE for meetings, offices, storage, hospitality, or entertainment for exhibitors. Rooms cannot be sublet or used for exhibit space.

Meeting Space Fees
Square Footage Fee per Day
1,099 sq ft or less $395
1,100 sq ft - 1,600 sq ft $495
1,601 sq ft - 2,000 sq ft $625
2,001 sq ft - 2,600 sq ft $825
2,601 sq ft and over $1,025

Refund Policy
  • All requests before January 13, 2023 will incur a $75 processing fee. 
  • All requests between January 13, 2023 and February 14, 2023 will incur a $150 processing fee. 
  • CONEXPO/CON-AGG & IFPE does not issue refunds for no-shows or functions canceled after February 14, 2023.

Show Orders
Review in the Exhibitor Services Manual by logging into the Map Your Show portal.

Room Keys
Must be requested by March 4, 2023. Lost keys may incur a fee of $500.

Furniture
Standard tables and chairs are included. Special furniture (i.e., highboys, lounge style furniture, etc.) can be ordered through Freeman. See Furniture Packages for most popular furniture orders, available at a 10% discount!

Food & Beverage
All food and beverages consumed, prepared, or distributed, including food and beverage items used for promotional purposes, must be purchased through Centerplate and are subject to regulations and permit requirements. Menus are available in the Exhibitor Services Manual. 

Audio-visual
AV equipment is not provided in meeting rooms. Audio-visual equipment can be ordered through Freeman AV.

Electrical
Each room has access to one (1) 20 amp outlet. Electric can be ordered through Edlen.

Internet
Internet services are not provided in meeting rooms. Internet services can be ordered through Cox.
