HOUSING INFORMATION
The ACAAI Annual Meeting will be held at the Moscone West Convention Center and the San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel. The convention hotels include the Marriott Marquis (Headquarters Hotel), InterContinental and Park Central hotels. All hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center.
Hotel reservations must be made through the ACAAI Housing Bureau either online or by phone. A credit card guarantee is required. The hotels will not accept reservations directly.

Sustainable Airport Transportation (SFO and OAK)
Take BART from SFO to the ACAAI conference
For your convenience, ACAAI highly recommends taking BART to your hotel to save time, money and CO2. BART is the fast, easy, low cost way to get a roundtrip (RT) ride from SFO to your ACAAI conference hotels. If you’re arriving at SFO go to this ACAAI page and get a RT transfer voucher for only $20. Then print IT, read IT, take It and exchange it at SFO for your BART ticket. It’s so easy and you go right to the train. Remember, you have to redeem the voucher for a ticket before you go to the train.
Take BART from OAK to ACAAI
Go to the new BART station across from Terminal 1 and board the train to the Coliseum station. When you arrive there, get a round trip $20.40 ticket to get out of the fare gate to the main train platform. Then go down to the right side of the platform and take any San Francisco bound train to the station closest to your hotel. The total trip downtown takes 40 minutes. The ticket has enough value for your ride back to OAK.

Child Care Services
Please contact the concierge at the hotel at which you are staying for a list of bonded independent babysitters and babysitting agencies. Note: Children under 12 are not admitted to the Scientific Sessions or the exhibit area.

To book your airline reservation, call ACAAI’s official travel agency, Uniglobe Travel Partners, at 1-800-626- 0359 and, after the prompt, dial “0” (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST).
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Your registration fee includes access to Plenary, Symposia, Concurrent Sessions, Pro/Con Debates, Exhibit Hall and various social events. It does not include the optional Thursday Practice Essentials session, Literature Review, Fundraising Dinner, Meet the Professor Breakfasts, Workshops or other courses with a separate registration fee.
Because of limited seating capacity, admission to all general sessions and symposia will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is not required unless otherwise noted.
