Furniture order, shipping and material handling
The official General Service Contractor for the AAS2025 Annual Conference is Levy Show Services. The exhibiting company main contact should have received an email link for online ordering with Levy. Please contact Levy to place any additional furniture order or shipping questions.

Electricity, Internet and Catering
All exhibitor services related to ordering power in the booth, internet service or catering, are provided by the Columbus Convention Center Partners. Wireless Internet is not complimentary in the exhibit hall. All exhibitors in need of Wi-Fi should place an order using the links below. This information is also available on page 72 of the Exhibitor Manual .
