Exhibitor FAQs

The Exhibit Hall is located in the Hynes Convention Center in Hall A on the plaza level.  The exhibit hall is located just off the main entrance to the convention center

• Exhibitor Move-in: Thursday, March 16, 2023, 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Show Dates:
  • Friday, March 17, 9am - 5pm
  • Saturday, March 18, 9am - 5pm
  • Sunday, March 19, 9am - 12:00pm
• Exhibitor Move-out: Sunday, March 19, 12:01pm - 3:00pm

Each 8 x 10 booth reservation includes:
-one (1) skirted 6-foot table
-two (2) chairs
-one trash can
