2026 Request for Proposals

Proposals are now being accepted for consideration for the AARC Summer Forum and Congress 2026. This submission site will close Monday, January 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST. Proposals being submitted will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Speakers will be notified of their submission status by May of 2026 or earlier.

Summer Forum - July 13-15, 2026, in Bonita Springs, FL

With sessions geared toward strengthening leadership skills and many aspects of education, Summer Forum is the premier meeting specifically focusing on the skills that RT leaders, managers and academic educators need to grow in their profession. Only leadership/management and academic education topics are presented at Summer Forum.

AARC Congress - November 14-17, 2026, in New Orleans, LA

An international respiratory education meeting, AARC Congress is the premier meeting for respiratory therapists, leaders, educators, and researchers. AARC Congress covers topics across all specialties within the profession, with an emphasis placed on evidence-based practice and forward-thinking content.
