Open to Media

By attending the AO 2026 Annual Meeting, media attendees can gain access to three full days of live scientific expert presentations, abstract sessions/poster presentations, and the exhibit hall. 

Gain a perspective on the latest developments in craniofacial technologies and evidence-based, groundbreaking research in implant dentistry via expert presentations from dentists of all specialties  and career levels around the world.

Media Eligibility

Press admission is available to working journalists whose attendance at the meeting may result in print, broadcast, or electronic coverage of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO) and its individual members. Registration fees are waived for working press, defined as editorial staff of newspapes, magazine, medical or health care publications, broadcast or web-based media. 

Working media representatives may not be registered as exhibitors. The Academy reserves the right to deny press credentials to anyone at any time.

Advance Media Registration

Journalists interested in attending the Academy of Osseointegration's 2026 Annual Meeting must preregister by forwarding contact information (name, organization, mailing address, email address) to jackdempsey@osseo.org by Friday, February 20. Once you are registered, Mr. Dempsey will provide confirmation details. You are responsible for your own travel and hotel arrangements. 

Information regarding press registrants is proprietary. AO does not release the media registration list.
