The general meeting registration fee includes access to most scientific sessions, admission to the Corporate Forums, Thursday's Welcome Reception, Friday's President's Reception, Exhibit Hall and complimentary lunches and refreshments. It does not include Hands-on Workshops or Lunch With the Masters. Attendees will have access to all recorded sessions through the end of the year, with the ability to claim additional CE credits for up to six months following the meeting. Recorded sessions will only be available to people who have registered for the meeting.

The Academy of Osseointegration is pleased to offer spouse and companion registration for your travel group. If you are planning to bring a guest (limit 2), please complete the "Spouse/Guest" portion of the registration form. The fee provides your guest with entry to the following:
Boxed lunch tickets for your spouse/guests are only available for pre-purchase through Friday, March 14th when you register them for the meeting. On-site sales will not be permitted. Spouse/Guest registration is not eligible for ADA CERP or other educational credit.
The 2025 On-demand sessions will become available for viewing beginning on March 27, 2025.

The Academy of Osseointegration designates this activity for 47.25 continuing education credits.
All credit hours are subject to change. CE credit will be available for four (4) months following the event. The session recordings will be available until December 31, 2025.

Students must be in good standing, currently enrolled full-time in an AO-approved dental training program from an educational institution, and not be in practice, in order to register for the Annual Meeting at reduced registration fees.
Non-member students, please submit a verification/reference letter from your Program Director / Chief of Service of the Institution verifying your current full-time educational status.

Once we have your letter, we will update your category in the database and send you an email notice for you to return to the website and register at the reduced rates. If you do not receive a notice within 1-2 business days, send an email to registration@osseo.org so someone can assist.
Your student letter and registration must be received before rate deadlines in order to receive early rates.
Membership applications must be received in the AO office two weeks prior to registration deadlines to be eligible for the member discount.

Actively serving personnel from any country may receive the early bird registration rate, but are encouraged to pre-register early online. After the early registration deadline of January 27, 2025, please contact the AO Registration office at registration@osseo.org or call us at 847-439-1919 for instructions. NOTE: Military personnel must be in uniform and present a valid military ID in order to register for the early rate onsite.

NPI (National Provider Identifier) numbers are requested during the registration process in accordance with the Sunshine Act provisions.
If you have already provided your NPI number to the AO, it will automatically appear in your registration information. If you have not supplied this number, you can add it when you register.
This number will be part of the information given to exhibitors for reporting purposes.
Confirmation:
Your name badge and any purchased tickets will be printed once you arrive at the meeting.
An "Express Check-in Barcode" know before you go email with your registration barcode will be sent to you just before the meeting. Please bring this email with you to expedite the check-in process.
Cancellations:
You may receive a refund if your cancellation is received in writing (mail, fax or email) before March 3, 2025 minus a $75 administration charge. No refunds of $5.00 or less will be made.
Changes:
To add workshops or spouse/guest registrations after you have registered, please visit the Attendee Service Center. Instructions and the link will be in your email confirmation. A new meeting confirmation will be sent with your additions. For other changes to your meeting registration, please contact the AO meeting registration department at 847-439-1919, or email registration@osseo.org
Changes cannot be taken over the phone. Please note, registrations are not transferable.
