Emerging Leaders: AO's Got Talent
Step up to the main podium - this is your time!
The Emerging Leaders Case Presentation Competition is an opportunity for early career clinicians to present at AO's 2025 Annual Meeting, March 27-29 in Seattle, WA. Five clinical cases will be selected from all submissions providing an opportunity for clinicians with less than 10 years in practice to present their cases on the main podium in the Emerging Leaders session on Friday afternoon. Judges will identify the "Best in Case" presentation and recognize the recipient during Saturday's Business Meeting.

Program Criteria
Five (5) cases will be presented with each applicant permitted 9 minutes for their presentation. Submissions must meet the following criteria for consideration:
- Be an AO member and in practice for less than 10 years;
- Provide a complete case that is surgical, restorative or a combination of both;
- Submit a 1-minute video of yourself describing the case to the committee;
- Complete the online application - incuding the $125 application fee - no later than January 15, 2025;
- If selected, the presenter must register and pay the appropriate fees for the 2025 Annual Meeting and present their clinical case in person on Friday, March 28th.
