Session Types Available:
Breakout Session
Breakout sessions are 45 minutes in length. Presentations should include time for attendee questions. Limit of two presenters per Session.


General Session
General sessions are 60 minutes in length. They focus on key trends in the field or introduce emerging technologies with the potential for significant impact or strategic differentiation. Presentation types include keynote presentation or panel discussion.


Ideas and Innovators
Ideas and innovators presentations showcase new ideas with the potential to transform institutions or roles within them. These presentations use the Ignite format, with speakers allowed 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds for a five-minute presentation.


Poster Session
Poster presentations feature detailed graphic displays of successful projects and technology implementations. These presentations are held during a 45-minute period in the designated poster area of the Exhibit Hall.


Workshops are held on a dedicated pre-conference day. They are 3 hours in length and are only open to attendees with additional registration. Workshops offer time for intensive study of a technology or issue and are designed to be interactive.



Technology Classroom Session (vendor-sponsored session; fee involved)

Technology classroom sessions are presented by exhibiting companies interested in interacting with attendees to discuss and demonstrate new technologies and applications. They should present case studies or new product demonstrations. These 30-minute sessions are held in a dedicated theater in the exhibit hall. Technology Solution Seminar (vendor-sponsored session; fee involved)

Technology solution seminars feature end-user case studies, discussed in detail by industry professionals. These 45-minute sponsored sessions demonstrate how to solve campus-wide challenges.
