Enterprise Risk Management Certificate Program

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Certificate Program provides an insightful roadmap to best practices while preparing healthcare risk management professionals to balance risks with rewards. This unique “blended learning” program provides a three-prong approach to ERM concepts, strategies, and application.

First, program pre-work begins online Monday, September 11, and will take no more than 4-5 hours to complete. Participants will be introduced to their peers and faculty and begin exploring ERM concepts and strategies. Next, participants and ERM faculty meet together on-site for two full days of application. Faculty will lead participants in robust discussion, exploration of case studies, and thoughtful exercises.

Lastly, the program wraps up online to continue the conversation and advance the learning from on-site application. The post-work must be completed by Friday, November 3, and will take no more than 1-2 hours to complete.

The ERM Certificate Program is an experience – it is truly a unique opportunity for you to engage with peers and faculty. Engagement starts with the online course, and engagement in throughout the program greatly affects the experience of everyone involved. Completion of the online pre- and post-work and attending both days of on-site application is required to earn the ERM Certificate worth 16 ASHRM and nursing CEs.
